The amount of Thorn users in the IB is... depressing.
Like seriously, whatever happened to guns that actually require skill? I mean I'm not complaining that it's OP or anything, it just gets kinda boring when everyone is using the same damn weapon... Don't they ever get bored of it? Crucible and IB just aren't fun anymore.
Edit: To all of those people that think that I'm "complaining" about the gun being OP, learn to read because I'm talking about how it's [i]overused[/i]. There's so many sheep in this community, what a shame...

I cant wait for guns to be nerfed. I have no problems with dot or two shot kills, I have a problem with range. You dont need sniper, just take thorn or Hawkmoon and you are fine. Im angry when player with Thorn kills me across the map and I land every bullet with my VoC.

When I tried to use other weapons like SR's and AR's I averaged 1.2-1.4 k/d typically as I do now. However, when I got angry with how a match was going and I used Thorn or TLW, I could average 1.5/2.0+ almost consistently. IMO they make a good player better and a horrible player decent. I'm glad it's being redone in 2.0.

I go into every iron banner match thinking the randoms on my team are mentally challenged so when we loose I'm not angry and it seems more times then not its correct sadly.. :(

I remember the days when you had to work for a kill, now it's just pew pew back and forth. Dead! Dead! Dead! where is the fun in getting instant kills and instant deaths. Please reduce supers and heavy. Please update game more often.

I don't use it unless in matches where people using it..then I switch to it and destroy them scrubs, I hate people thinking they're good because of thorn.

It's shite when you get all of your shield knocked of by a stray or through & through from a Thorn somewhere down the map.

I have two thorns but have chosen to use my Hopscotch Pilgrim almost exclusively in this IB. Now is the time to get better with something other than an exotic HC since they will be nerfed In September. I'm not that good in PVP but when I get a two shot kill , especially on a thorn user, it's pretty satisfying.
