Radegast's Fury is better IMO. I have Hard Launch, Clown Cartridge, and Grenades and Horseshoes.

They have the same stats, upper cut payload is way better because it can have max blast radius, fast velocity and 5 times the fire rate as both of them meaning you can actually kill a blade dancer or radiance warlock before they can get close to you as it takes 2 shots
