Nightfall and Prison of elders isn't PVE? Are you really just bringing up an issue in the price of the DLC instead of the availability of etheric in shards?
In regards to the price, 15$, thats about as much as going to the movies, buying McDonald's for 3, or eating a relatively priced steak.
