Did anyone finished the nightfall this week without...
going under the stairs or jumping on top of the light?
Just wondering because screw that lol
Played it last night with two friends and if we didn't go under the stairs we would have had little chance of beating it.
Edit: Thanks for all the honest posts and tut, tut, tut to the liars. Stats don't lie ;-)

1 ReplyYa. I tend to stay by where you enter the area behind the box set and behind the barriers when he is on other side. Just have to watch out for the random mob that spawns there. Don't have any problems.

Have done it before without using the stairs so its more than possible. Someone showed me the safe place above the light a week back. Very funny place but can cause issues with people not being as switched on and aware of enemies as you are. Blackhammer on and dead in a couple of minutes lol

Me and my friends stayed on the 2nd floor the whole time and beat it its not hard.

My striker titan buddy sent me, a bladedancer flying with a shoulder charge into the rafters above, oddly nothing could hit me so I just used my sniper rifle with like 50 special ammo synthesis (always be prepared lol) took like an hour because he died like a n00b

I did this. Too many things can go wrong.. either wipe from the endless hail of bullets/rockets, occasional 1 hit shield bash or get disconnected. Have you ever gotten the nightfall boss to 10% health and then get booted with an animal error? i did -twice in a row. Not fun. I wont risk starting the nightfall from the beginning again when i'm so close to beating it. Especially when i solo.
