That's what's wrong with America. Why don't you sue your politicians instead? They're always making false promises, too, aren't they? If you're so unsatisfied with the game demand your money back and if you can't, then you should sue them. That's how it usually works if you're unsatisfied with your product, at least outside the U.S.

I would like to start this off by saying you would never win. But with that said what Activision did is a clear cut case of false advertising. If some one started a suit it would be in court for so long your grand kids may get the $60 back you spent. All you can do is suck it up and never buy another game made by Bungievision... I for one have put over 100 hoursinto the game.. It is getting to be stale but I still am enjoying it for the most part... But hey to each their own... Good luck in your adventures...

Does the game box say the content you mentioned is included? It doesn't, you have nothing to use against them and win a case, you would need evidence that there was wrong doing and they could easily claim the videos they showed off were for upcoming content. Face it, you have already lose the case before you even convinced a lawyer to take it on.

You can't sue them because you can't go to Saturn. It'll be in later dlc. If you dislike the game this much and actually feel like you got ripped off ask Bungie for a full refund of your $60. But they'd probably need thousands upon thousands of request before doing anything. And the chances of them actually refunding anyone are slim to none. You paid $60 and got a fully functional game, so there really isn't a valid argument there.

We all know that it is a bit sucky, but the game is still worth the money that I paid. I enjoy the game every night and will continue to do so for a long time. I would suggest finding a team and clash 24/7. That is basically what my plans are after beating vog. And I am looking forward to what they have to come.
