I'll read about how they counter-sue you for defamation. and, uh, for the second update tidbit: they're developers. they don't have to say whether content is subject to change. they can change it however they please. it's like music. I can write an original song, and when I play it live, sing it backwards and call it the same song. it's my song. why couldn't I?

Dude, the game has issues, but nothing bad enough to sue over. Also, trust me, Bungie/Activision won't lose to you. Have you ever seen somebody go see a movie in theaters, not like it, and then sue "Hollywood"? The answer is no, because that's impossible. These companies hold no liability/obligation to you on that front, and they have an entire legal department. You have what, some local lawyer? You don't have the evidence, they don't have the liability. It's not a 10/10 game, but it's at least a 6-7/10 and that's before the DLC. This game has the potential to grow into a 9-10/10, it's only missing a few ingredients. If you don't like it, stop supporting it, and don't buy the DLC. If you want Bungie to fulfill their promises, get the DLC and tell them we want more.

You're a moron if you think Mom and Dad are going to pay for a lawyer because you had to have this game. If you're old enough and paid for it yourself, then you made (in your opinion) a bad investment and are a bigger moron because even if you win, all you'll get back is the $60. So, pretty much I'm saying you're a moron.

Also, all videos of gameplay and such, are LEGALLY REQUIRED now to have "product not yet final" or something along the lines of describing it may not be in the game at release. That's so companies don't get sued for false advertising. You think I'm lying, look it up. I forgot the company, it might of been Gearbox, over Aliens: Colonial Marines because they forgot that. A lot of companies got in trouble doing stuff like that.
