It doesn't matter what people need. Its their right to own what they want, and the government does not get to decide what other people need.

I guess every other country in the world is run by an oppressive communist government for limiting THE FREEDOM OF THE PEOPELZ. Especially Australia, where I live. It's commie central over here.

Did I say anything about communists? No. And america has a shit tone of problems as well such as people not allowing abortion or gay marriage, or people raising taxes way too high. Also, you are confusing communism with totalitarianism.
