I came back to destiny all my gear and weapons was vfc reset to 10 that's not the issue the issue is I'm missing some weapons I worked hard for how do I get them back

Everyone was brought to 10 Power with Edge of Fate. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360048717732-Deleted-Item-and-Character-Policy

Depends on what weapon(s) you feel you’re missing. Some can be obtained from collections, others have to be re-earned through activities, and some may not be earnable right now. Regardless, Bungie won’t just be dropping them into your inventory.
