So a while ago I did the challenge and completed it. Having linked my accounts, updated the task before and after completion. For some reason however, I never got a code from Destiny tracker for the emblem.
I tried contacting them through email, but do not have their premium service so I'm not eligible for support.
Any idea on what I can do? I can prove I completed it and that my account was connected.

The problem is that the code we were provided was directly in correlation to the volume of “completed runs” thus I don’t have spare codes on hand.[/quote] That aside, the event was being ran by DestinyTracker rather than Bungie - so Bungie won't manually issue the emblem to you; so you're basically stuck with waiting for TrackerNetwork to respond to your email or attempting to post over on their Feedback forums if you haven't already to see if they have anything they can do - https://feedback.tracker.gg/c/destiny/26
