Hi @BNGHelp9, I am making a new post to follow up on an issue that has been affecting my account since April 2024. The Issue: I am restricted from creating or editing a clan/group. I can still post in the forums, join clans, and participate in them, but I have no administrative access to create or edit them. Timeline: April 3, 2024: I reported the issue. You suggested it might be a DOB/Child account restriction. April 3, 2024: I confirmed via the data privacy form email that my account is NOT classified as a child account. April 4, 2024: You stated: "We'll do further investigation and look for an answer." Present Day: I have received no update, and the restriction is still active. I am still unable to fully utilize clan features. Could you either escalate this or check the status of that investigation? Thank you.
