The Territory War Begins - stuck on quest step 14 of 17
Have a clue what to do, can’t progress it no matter what jobs I complete.

1 ReplyHi there. Please do not create multiple posts about the same issue. If step 14 isn't counting progress, abandon the quest and pick it back up from the bartender. If it's not there, check the Quests terminal in the Tower next to the Postmaster. After picking it back up you should be able to progress the requirements that weren't checking off before. Some players have mentioned their quest jumped back to step 11 after picking it up again. If that happens to you and all the requirements for the step are checked off, others noted doing a Priority Contract progressed their quest.
