By any chance, is your inventory or postmaster full of memories of light already? If it isn't and they're still not dropping, then please consider recording a short video which demonstrates none are dropping for you in the applicable cysts. If you record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and share a link to it here. We'll then investigate.
