At the same time they melee and survive an otherwise lethal shot with a little bit of health, is that intentional? Is that by design or a part of the game connectivity issues and hit detection.

I believe its the biggest reason why this shotgun feels more consistent then any other shotgun. Lets say you barrel a stuff a target using Matador 64 that has 100 resilience and land 11 of 12 pellets [i]BUT[/i], one pellet does not register damage. They live & you die. Conditional Finality can have every pellet not register damage and still get the kill because of the exotic effect. Kinda of sad that a weapon only feels consistent because it is not plagued by peer to peer connection like every other weapon in the game...

Hey, don't feel so bad. At least you dealt damage. I shot a guy in the back of the head with a shotgun blast, it literally said immune.

7 RepliesJust half a shotgun at point-blank, helmet or not, would absolutely blow your head off. The fact the whole shotgun needs to hit at point-blank to kill is crazy.

There are way too many widely reported and videoed experiences of possible ‘sus’ players…to not be considered as a problem, though, until proven beyond doubt, it must remain a consideration only… Potato-2-Potato (P2P) and the current shonky game architecture, and wheezing steam engine, and spaghetti code - are the underlying problems, and, until they are replaced, nothing will change. I'd say the lag is providing the game-balance it never otherwise had.

I assume it’s down to problems syncing different players together, rather than by design. A lot of weird stuff happens at close range.
