Last season he worked for the Spider, and that version was (is) in the little room to the left of the Spider. Now he’s in the HELM.

It was the season before last sorry, Season of the Hunt. I had that season so because the seasonal activities stay around for a year, and Crow was the vendor for the Hunts, he’s still with Spider and also in the HELM. The one in the HELM is the current Crow. The other is the past one. Not sure if you needed to have bought the Season of the Hunt for him to still show up there, but there’s basically 2 versions of him in the game in 2 different places at the moment.
