So recently I had to reinstall my software because of a power surge, leading me to have to re-download all my games and apps. Now, I'm trying to play destiny, but my characters are gone from the playstation, but continue to show up on the companion app. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I could fix it? Is there any way to recover the characters because I've spent far too long on them to be messed up by a glitch in the electricity.
