Pre purchased deluxe content given standard

Pre purchased digital deluxe edition of d2 for ps4 have yet to receive content. What I got was the standard edition on download.however that isnt what I purchased. I confirmed this via the ps4 transaction history and attached a link to it Please assist as I had to re buy this seasons pass as well

  • For clarification, are you not seeing the content when playing on PS4 or PC? Could you also specify what exact content is missing? Note that the game licenses do not transfer to other platforms, even with cross-save. Also, in order to get the pre-order items (ghost & ornament) one first needs to finish the Shadowkeep's opening mission and then talk to Eris.

  • If Sony is asying you bought the Deluxe, but is only licensing you the standard, then that is an issue to take up with Sony. Before contacting them, you can try clearing your cache and restoring licenses. Also, you aren't gamesharing correct? The account you bought the Deluxe on is the same you are playing on, yes?
