Two things that we should all be able to agree on
1. There are always two sides to nerfs, those who want the nerf and those who don't want the nerf
2. We should be able to acknowledge that other people may not agree with us. No need to refuse to accept others have different opinions

1 ReplyIm glad, make the game more difficult, make it grindy, dont give a crap about peoples personal lives. They already tried a year catering to casuals and the game nearly died. Go all in and screw what the forum babies have to say about it.

3 RepliesYou speak of a dying philosophy, one which needs to return. These days, having an opinion that does not match is a sin worthy of the death penalty. Suggesting that someone might be wrong about anything is far worse than insulting their mother, and you must be some form of -ist or -phobic if you suggest that facts should be considered when forming opinions. It's too bad, really. I miss the days when I could debate an idea with someone without being called sexist, racist, or something worse just because I don't strictly agree with everything they say.

I don't think anyone _wants_ a nerf, but game balance necessitates toning some things down. And why things need to be toned down is largely due to Bungie failing to properly consider how OP any given weapon, armor, etc. in the game can be, especially when it synergizes with particular loadouts and tactics, or bothering to test it before putting it in the live game. And everyone can agree that that is entirely Bungie's fault and responsibility, and no one else's. Much as people like to hate on streamers, it's not like Datto or CammyCakes are the ones making the final decisions at Bungie, nor are they the ones deciding the degree to which something should be toned down.

No, not at all. There are people that ask for nerfs and those that don't. All the crying has always makes the game worse. Bungie rarely tweaks things and when they do they go overboard every time.
