Lower Striker Subclass NEEDS to be nerfed
It needs to be nerfed just as bad as spectal blade needed it.
Spectal blades nerf mainly came because of gwisin vest. But Titan Striker can run the entire map twice and one hit shoulder everyone it meets while doing so. I know titans are supposed to be "tanks" but this is too insane. It requires no timing or skills with the lower striker subclass (can't remember it's name)

I just got 19 super kills in 1 match using it. Its my last one in retribution, clearlly a fair super !

I can understand how some can be overpowered but you have to seriously blind to not think this super needs even the tiniest of nerfs. I was killed on zone C spawned on zone A and got killed again by the same dude. Is that balanced? Absolutely not, a super is supposed to be kill the team once and go on killing with your normal weapons. Not killing the team twice and then popping out with full health.

as a 'casual pleb titan main' i agree with this and Bottom Striker is *THE* reason we need separate sandbox tunings for classes and weapons. Bottom Striker has(in PvP) Best Super (can shut down other supers easily and farm entire teams honestly way to easily) Best Passive at close range (the passive is crazy strong, getting an extra 3m of melee range AND having the ability to get a damage buff that goes for everything you have) Strong Grenades (Blinding and Pulse are really really good) Can use Synthoceps to buff melee neutral game even further, don't get me started on OEM. Class needs to be toned down somewhat (mostly in its super as its too good and lasts way too long)

Honestly I feel as if the shoulder charge wasn’t such a far distance people would have an easier time shooting this particular super. Also it could use a bit less armor. Overall people only press one button while in this super being RB or R1 depending on console you prefer. It’s cheesy yes, I consistently die to this things multiple times by the same person in the same super. But it is what it is. Crucible as a whole is just so all over the place nothing makes sense, everyone uses the same crutch abilities weapons. Just boring for me.

38 RepliesLol, says the guy who's main is a Hunter and who has created two Hunters for some reason. The vast majority of players in D2 play as a Hunter from what i've seen, and they're also the ones that moan about other Guardians the most.

I forget if I commented here or not but whatever. The super could consume a bit more energy per light attack and get a reduction of returned super energy on kill in PvP. For pve, to compensate for it's energy cost increase, bump it's damage up a bit, because without synthoceps it doesn't kill very easily against something with orange health.

I'm a titan and I agree, it is a bit much being able to eleminate everyone with R1 or RT or left mouse, it's a cool buff but too much

2 RepliesAgreed. I abuse it as well. See how I don't say use but abuse. Cuz that super is out of control. Literally get 10 kills at the average with it. Only thing that shuts me down if the entire team uses fusion rifles on me or an instant super is cast. If it hits. I jumped away from thundercrashes and nova bombs. Other roaming supers are a joke.

Let's be honest, it needs to be toned down. It has a built in shutdown mechanic, movement boost for minimal energy cost, heals after a kill because of the neutral game, and because of duration and extended duration, can farm a team twice over. I used to use it back when they first buffed it (when you can run half the whisper mission with it on). They nerfed the PVE aspect but left the PVP virtually untouched. I thought it would get reworked so I stopped using it so as not to get used to it. But here we are, months after Arc week and it's still here. And i'm a Warlock main. Hunters and Titans can battle for top dog but at least keep it reasonable. LOL Right now, I'll settle for a lag and error free server. Since last update crucible is barely playable for mo. I don't know if it's the region because all my other games are fine. Please give me a fighting chance. T_T

1 ReplyI main Titan and I agree, it lasts way to long and is too easy to get at least four kills per super. Bottom tree Dawnblade is a joke too, IMO.

I am a Striker main and I agree with you but don’t worry. It will DEFINITELY happen and be done by Shadowkeep in Sept at the latest but possibly before. I say that we get these wild imbalances as a side effect of all of our infantrymen literally being superheroes and how complex that is. I read some article a few months back that said D2 was “the most complicated game ever made” and I could probably believe that. Like how often are you in a gunfight in COD and Battlefield when everyone suddenly turns in to X-Men and start flying around on trails of electricity and fire? Plus every class seems to get a turn. I mean it’s not desirable but for me it’s forgivable and totally worth it for all the super powers and magic and what-not.

It is getting nerfed, supers that roam and have higher health pools are getting a health drop. Luke smith alluded to it when they announced the lord of wolfs nerf in the twab a couple of weeks ago
