Did Anyone Really Want the Skull of Dire Ahamkara Nerfed?
Seriously, Bungie, WTF? At least leave it alone for PVE, It made me fall in love with Nova Bomb all over again.

Either that should be nerfed or other supers should be buffed. But I still think that all the upcoming changes are stupid

18 RepliesTo the people saying "It needed to nerfed because it was all you used!" ...that's because all the other voidlock exotics are trash or boring. I've said this for a while but Bungie has not given Voidlocks much love in Destiny 2. Skull was the one time and now... she's gone.

Most fun exotic to use in the game IMO. Especially in the Verdant Forest with the grenade buff.

Edit: obvs I meant Shards rather then BB itself.

2 RepliesWe went back to the board and looked at everything and said 'Hey, here are a couple weapons we feel like are in a really good spot' and by 'really good spot' they're kind of hot. They're probably too hot for d2. In d1 people would said (probably correctly), that means nerf those things. They're nails that are sticking up out of the board, and we would have hammered them in to be even with the board. For this update, we did the opposite. We said 'these things are kind of hot. Lets bring everything else to them' so we started raising each thing up whether it be in PvE or PvP Direct quote from a year ago

1 ReplyI only use it in Strikes and Gambit sometimes. I dont see why it should get a nerf. Yes you can use your super every 30 seconds or so (when used right), but its totally not op. Its the only reason to play void now with warlocks, because bungie already nerfed every other node.

Nope. Only one i really used because it was the only one Bungie bothered to make worth using. It wasn't even overpowered since you need around 7 mobs to get a full super back, and the tracking on the projectiles is still really dodgy.

I did, I was bored as hell of having to use the same exotic over and over to be optimal, and feeling like my fun set ups were bad

7 RepliesTo be fair you could instantly get your super back from killing a mid sized mob, so it became the only viable exotic armour piece to use with a Void Warlock. I loved it, but I can see the reasoning.

Just a little nerf would be fine as you really get back your super for nothing sometimes. But if this nerf will be as big as for the shards I'm quite sure to not really using this exotic anymore. I agree that Phoenix/Orpheus/Shards and Skull should be in line somehow, but not on the level of the shards - more on the level of the Orpheus.

As a hunter who had my sweet sweet shards taken from me i didnt want warlocks having unlimited supers that being said both exotics should be useful and give good energy back in PVE i remember when they could separate nerfs but i guess they don't
