2 RepliesI got matched against True Vanguard once. It was an honor to get my ass beat by him.

9 RepliesThe game can't detect whether someone is streaming their content or not.

Yeah I hate people who can play a game properly

Edited by Crucify: 4/19/2019 6:23:49 PMBecause Bungie refuses to give us Dedicated Servers in a game that has prevalent PvP aspects, in 2019. Because of this, we have connection-based-match-making where everyone in the lobby is matched into that lobby based on their geographical location/time zone. And, unfortunately, as it stands, we can't get rid of CBMM to then implement SBMM without first gaining dedicated servers because the lag and latency would make PvP even worse.

7 RepliesSure must feel good being a big name streamer/youtuber who can just go into quickplay and farm lesser skilled players for epic montages or very brief and unreliable reviews.
-
Take a break

4 RepliesDude, brand new account, first game Vs 3 teams of 2, Luna's not forgotten, my team had a 2% win chance, it's not just you.

1 ReplyYou need to play comp to be paired against players at or near your glory level. Most matches feel balanced to me. Glory has its own head aches until you get your pinnacles but after that you can comfortably play for fun. In QP I run into more stacks and lopsided matches. I hardly go one match without playing against NF. Mercy rules one way or the other seem the norm. If connection based matchmaking is going to be used I have no issues except the team compositions should split up the better players to opposing teams. Currently the matchmaking might put 6 diamond elo players against 6 bronze elo players. The match can only go one way and after 3 or 4 matches getting farmed off spawn it kinda makes a person never want to enter the playlist again.
-
Because a very large number of people have quit playing, and all your being matched against are the remaining hard core players. Secondly, Bungie cheap inadequate peer to peer networking is at it's absolute worst with a dramatically collapsing population and Bungie will match you against anyone in the world who still play the game.
-
Easy fix - don't play PvP.
-
1 ReplySounds like a lot of people would destroy you. It's not just streamers calm down.

3 RepliesAre you suggesting there should be a separate crucible playlist for youtubers and streamers??? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

You’re doing it wrong.

I can't maintain a positive KD+A. that's at .98. I don't pvp. Honestly shocked I muddled through getting thorn. Honestly, with how matchmaking is, crucible is a flaming car wreck. I've been in quickplay and seen people quit because "muh stats." I've been shoved into a match that was about to get the mercy rule in 10 seconds...and I was on the losing side. the maps themselves aren't built for 12 people in them. I've been killed by the same guy in the same roaming super, sometimes multiple times per match. Shotgun apes everywhere and with the tonic effects from the revelry, I outright refuse to touch cucible unless I'm going just to complete matches. I'll spend more time respawning than I do actually playing.
-
I'm a total nolifer with 150 medals and pretty good lifetime stats and I have the same issue no matter what loadout I use SOME TIMES. It's just the state of crucible at the moment, it's a shitshow. Between lag, weapon balance, and this new revelers bullshit, just don't expect a clean experience. If you want consistency, go play a game with dedicated servers and real balance/optimization.

1 ReplyIt would be great if Bungie could implement a team-sorting mechanic to Quickplay matchmaking where, after matching players based on connection, it then sorts them into teams based on their KD, or other stats--even if they're in a Fireteam--so that there's an even spread across both teams.
-
4 RepliesBecause it’s Quickplay. Not “Take 10 minutes to find a laggy azz match just so you can feel better about yourself” lobby.
-
Idk if Bungie would actually match them with people that have lower stats purposefully. Its probably just because the matchmaker sucks. I'm definitely not the best, but every other match I'm playing against full clan teams with Pinnacle weapons.
-
7 RepliesEasy answer. Stop entering pvp altogether. Problem solved. Let the cheaters no lifes and ddosers deal with eachother and stay the blam out of pvp. Pvp in this game is just cancer. Pure toxic no skill trash.
-
Because Bungie listened to the sweats and took SBMM out of PvP, then provided lots of PvP-centered quests so that those sweats would have an endless supply of victims. Bungie, I know you don't give a crap about my measly $35, but if you're wondering why I passed on the season pass... yeah. That's it.

YOU! HAVE! SO! MUCH! POTENTIAL!
-
You must be famous now by how many times you've been farmed by a streamer.

so for you good kd= streamers and youtubers? oke

1 ReplyPlay apex if you want to play PvP. This game PvP is 💩

16 RepliesI've never seen any YouTube streamer in a Crucible match. I saw Kackis in the Tower once, but that's it.
