There's like 30 threads about shotguns
I'm not disagreeing, I'm just saying - if the front page of Trending Crucible threads is 50% "Nerf Shotguns" by volume, it's probably more helpful and more effective to comment in an existing thread than to create another.
[spoiler]Brings me back to the "nerf Junkrat" threads back when Genji mains discovered something they couldn't parry and could actually die to. Except Shotguns are an actual problem.[/spoiler]

1 ReplyI swear to God this community keeps going in circles over and over again. You wanted shotguns to be nerfed in d1. And they got nerfed over and over again. People complained about the balance of crucible still. So bungo tried to give us a more balanced pvp experience in d2. Then people complained about it being boring and not fun. So bungie gave us our power back and gave us some crazy shit. Now we're back full circle with people wanting shit nerfed again.

Do not nerf anything, buff the weaker stuff. Also, if I shoot an intruder with my 12 Gage, rather than my SKS, guess what.....he's still dead!!! After tomorrow's update, I will be killing the Luna/Not Forgotten runners from afar with good ole' Mida!

Since shotguns are equally accessible to all classes, this evens the playing field for those that do not have a one-shot-kill ability (aka hunters). Otherwise Titans with Skullforts will just dominate since their melee charges will recover instantly after each one-shot-kill. One-shot-ability-Kills have to be removed before Shotguns see any sort of nerf.

Majority of the threads started here are basically complaints. Most who are fine with it will not start a thread stating “all is ok”. As in life the whiners the whiners are more vocal. and what makes you think something will be done about it. last week there were 100 enhancement core threads - all of which were mind numbing futile. Shotguns do need a nerf and range shortened for 1 shotting but I wouldn't hold my breath on it happening any time soon.

I think if you can write a thread complaining about how many people complain about shotguns, then as many people as they want can make threads complaining about shotguns. Think I’ll go make one now, thanks for the idea.

6 Repliesshotguns arent an actual problem to me. and i'm not even using them anymore. its easy to kill shotgun users, they are so damn predictable, it is so fun to see a shotgun warrior lost when he realize he can't kill me from his range since i didn't went in his trap. i love when they run around to hide from my duke or just try to rush brainlessly in front of me XD. and even if they are at range...well meet my fusion riffle, i love this new perk on fusion riffles allowing to charge way faster after switching a weapon..its like a plan c ^^ but shotguns are in fact a great noob killer.
