Nightfall Horrible
Seriously Bungie D1 Nightfalls were fun because u could sit back relax and take your time to get it done. Now with D2 you have to race through it cause there's a timer worst idea ever. Bungie Seriously go back to the way nightfall was on D1 Please.

4 RepliesMe and 2 of my clan members who have never done this week's NF just beat it with 5 minutes and 41 seconds left. It was very challenging but a lot of fun to beat it in time so we could all three get the RAT KING exotic sidearm. I don't see anyone complaining about shooting the Oracles before the time ran out in the vault of glass. Quit hating and whining like little pansies and get you a good clan or fireteam that isn't full of 12 year olds who cuss at their parents when they don't clean their shit bucket and bring them more mtn dew. It's called PERSISTANCE AND TEAMWORK!!!!

The main story was so short, I need to play the end game to get my money's worth. This is a game for everybody not just the have no life, wife or kids elites and should therefore cater to everyone. Just rotate the challenge so that it's not a timer every week then we can all be happy.

2 RepliesI think that it should be that if you complete within the challenge / time of it you should get higher rewards, then if you just finish it in more time then on the timers. If that makes sense. So you can take your time but won't get rewarded so much

2 RepliesThe nightfalls are easy! Week 1: kill enemies to get more time. Guess what, you have to kill enemies anyway. Week 2: kill enemies, then jump through rings to get more time, simple. Week 3: kill enemies, then shoot oracles for more time, wait, that's it? I guess I'm a D2 desticle now. WOO HOO!!!!!

Just finished my last one with 8 minutes spare, playing casually, no amazing call outs or teamwork, I was the only person with a close range weapon, this weeks NF was honestly a walk in the park even without burns.. it's a shame the prestige version is bugged.

2 RepliesDon't like the timer, but didn't had a huge problem with it the previous 2 nightfalls because A : it was easy to get more time by jumping through hoops, or killing enemies. B: both strikes had points where you just could push trough all the adds to save loads if time. This nightfall has neither. Only way to get time back is to find hidden things. And 90 % of all the rooms have barriers in them , untill you kill all enemies or your ghost finealy unlocks a door. Oh and the icing on the cake is a boss that disapears every 5 seconds. Your fireteam has no control over all the time it losses while in the strike. Maybe give us 60 seconds imstead of 30 or the timer should only be active at strikes without loads of waiting machanics build into them. Other strikes should have different options, like going back to orbit with a whipe

Lol nightfall is endgame and gives you max light gear, you should not beable to "relax and take your time" if you want that just go farm pub events for exotics.

2 Replieswe tried doing the prestige nightfall 3 separate times on 2 different nights and for some reason after ghost opens up that one room the blue things you have to run through never spawn in fact nothing in that next section never did, anyone else have that problem?

The normal version is fine. The prestige version is an abomination. So many bugs and glitches...what a joke.
