Waiting for 4k on Xbox One X announcement before buying Destiny 2
Already preordered my X Box One X. I will fork over money to your game once you confirm you are running some variant of 4k at least equal to the PS Pro. Destiny 2 can wait. I understand console exclusives (Halo, God of War, Last of Us), but pretending Xbox One X doesn't exist is lame. Either do it, or don't. Then i will either buy, or won't.

I am still going to play it on my 4K Samsung HDR tv regardless of if its not getting enhancements on launch on my Xbox One S. The game is more important to me than resolution or enhancements.

1 ReplyThey mentioned a while ago that because the one x was announced at the time destiny 2 was almost finished they hadn't planed on 4k....but have allowed for s possible future patch that would bring it up to x standards but they've still capped the frame rate despite what the x is capable of

2 RepliesCan't you just buy Destiny 2 through the market place and just reinstall it on your Xbox One X? Regardless of the matter I haven't pre ordered my Xbox One X but I'm still going to play it in my One. The 4K shouldn't be the biggest gripe without having it or not, I just want to play the game. I already pre ordered the game, I just need to get my 4K Tv along with my Xbox Scorpio(-blam!- it calling it Scorpio).

Already can see your next posts if they do and you buy D2 in November that you are behind and nobody will raid with you because your a idiot and would not buy a game because no confirmation of 4k for a game on a console that released 2 months apart.

All we can do is hope they support it throughout, and maybe we will see some the PS bonuses next year...or the year after...or never...just how it is! Business!
