Bungie, the grinch who stole our 3oC
as many of you noticed Xur is without 3oC this week so instead of being proper and assume it was a programming error i'm doing the proper thing... make a conspiracy theory (burns the shotgun) not that kind of conspiracy, that will never be welcomed here.
anyways, my theory is that the Grinch secretly works at Bungie and noticed how happy everyone was with receiving their 3oC's so much to our dismay he stole Xur's whole supply during this past week when we couldn't find it
now, as Guardians i see this as us only having 2 options.
1) we can be mature about this and spread holiday cheer without some silly trinket and spend time with our loved ones.
2) kick that bastard's furry green booty until we feel better and he learns to not take what is rightfully ours!
Edit: umm, okay, so this little satire thing has somehow turned into a war over the validity of 3oC's.... not sure how this happened since it was a silly thing to make reference to the holiday season

Xur visits are pointless to most players really the exotic shards and heavy ammo are the only good things he sells anymore

It's not Xur's fault, his will is not his own. The nine didn't give him any to sell because.. well who knows why the nine do anything.

What are you people doing with your lives, seriously. Stop complaining! If you care that much about this tiny thing that breaks the game then play another game. Destiny over time has become this grinding microtransaction ball of shit it is. What is the sole purpose of grinding over and over and over again to get this tiny thing just to become disappointed! What does that achieve in your life, seriously! Stop supporting this corrupt company

5 RepliesBungie removed 3oC due to a glitch on today's daily heroic mission. KING OF DECAY. Ultra spawns in rocket yard every time a new Guardian spawns into the mission. Which will them spawn an ultra for you without having to kill the captains. So if you have plenty to of 3oC's go and kill some free ultras and get some extoics. Happy holidays to everyone.

15 RepliesI agree with you. For anyone who says they're glad 3oC are gone, my reply is get off the Xbox. You're online achievements will never translate into anything in the real world or in your fantasy of MLG or YouTube/Twitch famous. You're not good enough. How do I know? I don't know your name. Moving along: this removed any and all incentive to hope Destiny 2 will be better. They lied about the size of the intial game, then pulled the crap with the season passes only getting one or two DLC, stealing exotics from year 2, recycled year 1 gear models for year 3 gear (rendering a different color like they said in Grandma's Boy doesn't work. We're not idiots. I still have a year one Queens Wrath helmet. Looks so similar to the re-released ones), decided to lie about THIS destiny (no other destiny was made mention of) being a ten year game, and now, you take away my 3 of coins?? I'm sorry but...I didn't buy the game. I didn't buy any of the DLC. A friend set his Xbox home to mine and I got it all for free. And I played since Day 1 on the 360 so I have all that. So not only did I get all that but I also haven't paid you, Bungie a single dime for this game. I decided to show some support by buying silver. Now? As far as I'm concerned, Microsoft was right and you guys were wrong. You've become Microsoft with how you've handled this game. Taking the 3oC away? Just be down with the Xbox consoles and go PlayStation totally exclusive. You stopped making good games after halo...hell, you haven't done anything noteworthy other than Halo anyways. And if you have, must have been on par with most unknown Indie games. That's how much of a let down this really is. Halo is how I met my best friends in high school and even after we graduated, we still hang out and go out together. The only thing that's changed is that we don't support you, Bungie, anymore. Keep the 3oC. I vote we Xbox users keep our money from Destiny 2 since all we'll get is a beta for the core game anyways. Wait 3 years and then buy the deluxe edition and then we'll get the full game and even then, it'll be done in less than 10 hours with an extremely non-immersive story line that frankly, had potential and was murdered long before it was realized. Just my feelings on taking away the three of coins. You want to be part of MLG?? Actually make a quality PvP game mode like you did with the first couple Halo's. I'm done and out.

I remember playing yr 1 NF to get exotics and getting excited when I seen that yellow engram flash on the screen. Now, don't give a shit because I already have had 50 truth rocket launches drop.

As funny as the satire side of this post is I find it funny how Xur never did this before... until December, I think Bungie did it as some sort of horrible joke they thought was funny but most others didn't laugh with 'em on this.

16 RepliesI'm not here to insult Bungie or to complain and cry like a baby. I'm merely here to state a fact. How come Bungie can't fix a simple bug like Xur not selling 3oC? I'm pretty sure they can fix it ASAP, yet they don't. Nobody will die or stop playing the game just because xur is not selling 3oC, but that's not the point. In my case I'm new to PS4 and I do grind for exotics. Not having 3oC it's certainly a shame because that's mainly my number one way to grind. I'll wait another week, that's fine, all I'm saying is that I can't believe they can't fix a "bug" ASAP. I'm pretty sure by today they would've fixed it. It is a shame honestly because 3oC it's my only hype at the moment from xur. I just hope Bungie fix little things ASAP next time, we would appreciate that I'm sure many are with me. With that being said, back to the game...lol.
