How many medals are you missing? (and/or does anyone have them all?)

I'm missing 14.
Also, if you have a bunch of the really impressive ones (Marks, Sums, Columns, Phantoms, etc.) now's your time to brag.
In related news: how do I play Combined Arms now? More than a third of the medals I'm missing are ostensibly only acquirable (hey! that's a word! Who knew?) in Combined Arms.

Surprised to see I have seventh column and an unbroken, still missing 14, guessing most of them have to do with sniping and combined arms.
