319 4 15 minutes!
Bout an 1 1/2 hours ago got a 319 Deidre's Retort shotty from IB. Locked it immediately. Already maxxed Warlock at L5, was gonna use it with Titan. Moved it to Vault with app. GONE!!!! Bungie you owe me a 319 Deidre's Retort!!!!

1 Replyi deleted my 320 grasp half an hour ago and it was locked i was mucking around with guns while my cat was mucking around with my controller and as a ferking coincidence i switch a gun in my inventory to be equipped with the app, it switches that weapon and my grasp proceding to delete it because the square was being held during the swap... yay for me... for anyone who wants the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gqv_-kMqs6I anything after 36 seconds in is me crying like a bitch ove my favorite gun before i decided to record and upload it as a reminder

They already have said that any items lost due to Internet transfer off app or site (or even in game) can't be returned or given back. I have transferred many weapons through the app and have not lost one because I don't transfer during: 1. Loading Screens 2. Laggy Games 3. Beginning of PvP games 4. Progress screen/death screen in raids/POE/missions. 5. While I am being dumb

In fact I started to panic that I lost of Grasp of Malok Sometimes when you move something around in-game, you won't see the results in the Companion App without [u]completely[/u] quitting the app (double-click-home + swipe-away). I first started noticing this when I'd switch around my selected primary weapon in-game, then the app was still showing my old-weapon equipped. Even after switching screens and toggling back-and-forth between Guardians. Then noticed some Guardian->Vault and Vault->Guardian stuff not showing up correctly. Even after moving stuff around WITH the app. (I thought I lost my GoM) So... before you panic in the future... try completely quitting the companion app and going back in.

I've panicked a few times now because I thought something was missing. The app refreshes a little weird and I usually end up finding something still on my character even though I could've sworn I moved it to the vault.

1 ReplyYou're either lying to try to get bungie to give you a 319 dedrits retort, which is stupid. (many people tried this in year one). Or you're being legit and very stubborn. Check the vault. This has happened to me. The app doesn't delete stuff. I've had items go "missing" then I checked the vault and it was there. It's happened a few times. so now I just use the Ishtar collective app. It never happens with that app.

I have never actually lost an item via app. In fact there were so many claims when it came out and I proved just about everyone wrong when they just went in game. They would be in a lot more shot if the app lost items

Never have lost any items while using bungies companion app. Now I have lost items when using other app not made by bungie. Technical those apps did not loss the items. Either I did not have space on my toon or in my vault so the app would dismantle something so It could move the item

2 RepliesCheck in game aswell. Some of my items don't appear on the app. I had to check everywhere before I flipped. The items were just sitting it the vault. Nice.
