Most Embarrassing way to die.
What is your most embarrassing death or what is the most embarrassing gun to be killed by.
Edit: Wow I was not expecting this many responses.
Edit 2: As many have pointed out I misspelled embarrassing in the title. How oddly fitting.

Once with a grenade and twice with a missiles hitting enemies that weren't there when i pulled the trigger, i swear they leap out to do it on purpose. I also failed a sparrow jump on the moon last night of all things.

I complained to the fireteam that totems was super easy and not hard to do. Right after I say that, I kill myself with a grenade and cause everyone to leave.

1 ReplyRiding my sparrow through a room full of enemies, sparrow gets shot up, so I get kicked off. I start sprinting to try and avoid getting killed by all the bad guys, my sparrow's engines kick on, it flies up behind me, explodes and kills me.

1 ReplyDoing Crota flawless raider. I cross bridge by myself, teammates get up top above the map. We slay ogres and head towards the thrallway. While my teammates are waiting for the bridge to spawn, I tell them I am going to start killing the shriekers. I pull out my gjallarhorn, zoom in on the shrieker and fire. Since I was zoomed in, I didn't see the thrall that ran up and got in my fire. Proximity detonation, guardian down.

Reloading behind cover and this guy, GT: "Architects", killed me! Screen said: 'Misadventure, Killed by the Architects'! Never saw him. Just dropped dead as I chambered the round! He must be a Bungie lag switcher... Thing is, he is everywhere! Even on the Dreadnaught, you know, the loneliest place in the Solar System (no other players), he can kill me if I make a misstep! Funny thing, his K/D ratio is >6.5 million! He has never died, not once... Really amazing player... You don't see him, then blam, "Guardian down"! Slick as snot...

I've offed myself with a ricochet from the Sleeper 6 times.

5 RepliesRunning up on someone with your shotgun, pull the trigger, and realize you're out of ammo. I personally think that if you pull the trigger on someone with no ammo your gun should make a party favor or clown horn noise and confetti should shoot out the barrel. Surprise! Kill Me Please!!

Fall off the edge when I think I'm a defender on heavy ammo ( Shores of Times ) and i was actually Striker while making my super >.>

Not a death but i wish it was. 2nd pillar just before the golgoroth maze, i missed, it shot off the side and i didnt have another rocket. But i did have a ton of heavy synths

Vertigo. Backing off the edge of the platforms while shooting the spark runner. Three times in one match. My husband yells from the living room " you understand your Hunter can't really fly, right? " I hate falling.

I was on rusted lands and I had skip rounds on and I went for a cross map noscope and killed myself with my own bullet.
