Im into mostly drama/thriller shows. There needs to be good acting and enjoyable characters to keep me interested. Unless its a comedy then I could care less about the acting. But I have such high expectations from comedies after watching Seinfeld that I don't find a lot of them funny. Take a look at what I've seen so far to get an idea as to what I'm into.
Here's some of my favs that I can watch many times through and they'll never fail to impress me:
Lost
Homeland
Fargo
Seinfeld
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Trailer Park Boys
Shark Tank
Shows I've finished/up to date on that I really enjoyed (there's probably more that I forgot):
Banshee
Orphan Black
Luther
Breaking Bad
Dexter
Hannibal
24
American Odyssey
Daredevil
Jessica Jones
Sense 8
Shows that I gave a chance but stopped watching:
The Walking Dead (characters were plain and boring to me)
Boardwalk Empire (too slow)
The Wire (watched two seasons, really loved a lot of characters especially Omar, but the show was too slow)
The Bridge (first season was amazing, I love those kinds of shows with psychotic serial killers that taunt the police, second season didn't have that though)
Narcos (too slow)
Prison Break (the show got dumb after they broke out of prison)
Bloodline (watched first episode, nothing happened in it)
Shows that I cant stand:
How I met your mother
House of Cards
Shows Im considering watching (will edit this)
Bates Motel
Lilyhammer
Making a murderer
The Office
I should also point out that Im not into shows that have a different event/mystery going on every episode that gets solved at the end of each episode without a continuing plot, like X Files and The Blacklist.
Help me out here guys I would appreciate it
