Edit ; A lot of people saying that they used VoC over Fatebringer, VoC was a great gun but sorry explosive rounds, firefly and Arc burn on the same gun was ridiculous and will never happen again so I have to stick to this load out.
This whole thing has made me a bit sad because Destiny as a whole just doesn't feel anywhere near as awesome or mesmerising as it did back then, great guns, great raids and great times! I can't even get a raid party together these day's.
Edit 2; Everyone saying that Fatebringer was used wrong by equipping explosive rounds and firefly are wrong, Fatebringer really came into its own during the Dark Below imo. Hive have huge heads and critical hits were ridiculously easy to hit, pre Dark Below then I can see people's point.
The whole reason Fatebringer was amazing was because you could combine those perks.

3 RepliesI was one of the very few that never got the black hammer, all through y1 up to HoW I used Fatebringer, Icebreaker, and hunger of crota(pre TBD I used some other rockets no idea what they were), once I got to HoW I used Fatebringer, an arc sniper with triple tap, and Ghally. Both were fun setups but I preferred my icebreaker over the Ghally.

Never had the pleasure of owning Black Hammer, landed Fatebringer the last week of yr 1. But VoC, Found Verdict, and Gally was a deadly combo as well.

I used VoC over fate bringer because I didn't get fate bringer till 3 or 4 weeks befor patch 2.0

I'd run the same except Fang of Ir Yut instead of fatebringer sometimes. What happened to fun? Why did they kill these guns off?

2 RepliesI miss the old raid weapons. Can't forget word of crota, Abyss defiant (loved that gun), swordbreaker, praedyths Timepiece (IMO one the most underrated raid weapons), found verdict, corrective measure, hunger or crota. The kings fall raid weapons just don't really feel special...at all.
