Am I the only one who hates Hard Light?

I like it for clearing out snipers. We had one game where several of them dug in and getting around them was not working. Blasting the laser show at them killed a few and uprooted the others. It also looks neat when firing. :)

Nope I love that gun. It's the most fun to use. Now it's not the best or most efficient but in terms of fun totally.

It used to be a great weapon. But that was before all the AR nerfs... Hell, it was still a very viable weapon after the first damage nerf, but after the recoil nerf, AD's are almost useless.

Faced a full team of hard light users in ib yesterday. Cathedral of dusk map. It was like a -blam!-ing laser light show. Bullets bouncing all over the place in those stairwells especially. They did well with it. I really am not a huge fan of the gun, but I don't have it leveled either.

1 ReplyI find it hard to use. Not sure if it's the stability or the fact your screen is full of blue lasers and you can't see the target any more.

3 RepliesThe ricochets can be used to smoke out a weakened player that is hiding. Just keep shooting around the thing they're hiding behind and they won't be able to recover. You can hold them there until your grenade recharges to finish them off.

GET STUFFED MATE!!! Jk lol. it could be MUCH better and there are many better also but it's not so bad. The worst thing about it is its terrible spray- it's random and has no pattern. Other than that it's quite solid IMO? Fast equip, fast reload, decent scope, underrated perks. Maybe I'm just biased, but you certainly can't deny it's badass looks and sound. It's FUN which most guns better than it are not- quite a few lol.

No damage drop off is cool, but bungie did something weird to the stability so it makes it a lot mor difficult to get those long range kills.

i used it a lot in year 1 for PVE. got a year 2 & don't think I've fired a shot with it...

it's pretty cool to use, but there are better exotic primaries I'd rather fill the slot with. Zhalo for Auto or Mida for scout.
