Can you run relic/sword?
Curious. Personally, I can run both.

Can do templar and solo a gate. Also always pick up relic when teleported at atheon. Normally have to run sword as well

Would like to learn sword but i already have two sword bearers in my group who can do hard sword on their hunters and warlocks so I never really get the chance, nor do I care enough to ask if I can try

People are ridiculous when they say you have to be a hunter in order to run sword. No you don't, but your team better either put down a bubble or critical hit the Knights to make them flinch.

Give me either, I can do both proficiently, but I'd say relic takes less, concentration/timing then sword, note I didn't say skill because neither requires it.

I grab relic and destroy 6 oracles with it (Venus) when I'm playing with players that can't shoot Oracles.

If there's no one else that's willing, I usually take relic/sword, more often taking the sword. Although I don't trust myself enough to do it on Hard mode.

1 ReplyI typically don't run relic during Atheon since a lot of players don't use sufficient load outs to kill oracles quickly enough. I typically run with Corrective Measure or Super Good Advice. I will however grab it if most people in the group have no experience with it

1 ReplyI can and have run both. I prefer to let others do so, though. If in VoG with others, I prefer to be the one taking care of the oracles. If at the Templar stage, though, I love running relic. In CE I prefer to be Titan bubble running distraction. But, I can run sword, and got flawless raider while running sword. Neither are especially hard. A lot of people are simply scared of the idea of letting everyone down, I think.

Which is why I'm the only volunteer to run sword 90% of the time even when I'm on Titan or Sunsinger Warlock and no one picks up the relic when they get teleported. Some people are being dishonest...

I have run both the relic and the sword successfully, although I'm more comfortable with the relic because it's abit easier and I've done it more. While with the sword I've only done it once but I'm keen for some more practice to get it down.
