What a joke - Exotic Weapon Bounty
The depleted hand cannon exotic weapon bounty is a joke. I got it up to 45 and the next game the team sucked so bad that it went back to 0 (lack of backup). 45 points trying to make it to 500 for a few days now. Getting the bounty was already a lottery itself and now there's no way to complete it.
I guess it's supposed to make you good at crucibles, but when you have a bounty like this and everyone is killing you which makes your points go back to zero, it just makes you not wanna play anymore.

I used a 365 Word of Crota and Truth, finished it in 22 games, and I kind of suck in the crucible. But, you have to count only on yourself, and when you have a really good game, k/d=3, your score will jump up dramatically. Also, assists count as + too, so if you can't kill enemies, at least join the fight but don't die.

My tip... I used Atheons Epilogue, Swordbreaker and Corrective Measure and played Rumble while Iron Banner was on. Did it in 7 or 8 games, most of the good players will be in IB. This advice is from someone who wasn't a PvP player at the time, now I'm into IB. Good luck Guardian, don't give up.

Then leave the match, thats what I did, if I started to notice I was dying without getting kills, I would leave and find a new match

That part of the bounty was easy, just run around with a void shotty

1 ReplyIt isn't hard. I don't play pvp, I'm not good at it, but I have completed that bounty twice. And it didn't take longer than 2-3 days either time.

To go from 45 to.0 you would have to die 23 times and get no kills

Hint, use an Atheons Epilogue, void ToO primary or WoC for best results. And preferably a void subclass.

You pussy. I generally suck ass at this game and managed to get that bounty done relatively quick. Get gud scrub.

i am horrible at pvp, i am consistently the bottom feeder of the bottom feeders, just have patient, i played control using AE

Play control, try different guns and see what you are comfortable with, stick with others and hang back, let the firefight start then get involved when the enemy's health is lower from getting hit, when the map allows snipe from a distance. Just try to be smart, if you get hit retreat till your health goes up...you don't have to win matches so don't quit on team mates just get kills.. I suck bad at pvp and got it done..

agreed, i had to dismantle the bounty or else it would be bothering me too much , i kept going back to 0/500 after every other game

Did mine on a hunter, had to buy a green fusion rifle to do it

Keep goin the reward is worth it. I still have to do the last step on mine.

Did mine with a void sniper and a void rocket launcher then played very carefully and stayed back from the fray.

I was the same way tbh find or roll ur best fusion rifle to void and accelerated coils (plug 1 was mine). Don't worry about your points. If ur a Titan or warlock then u have grenades and melee count as void kills also. I was able to do my 1st bounty in a day. It's frustrating but the more u look at your points and count in your head the worse it gets. If ur having a off game back out. Good luck
