I haven't had a chance to pvp with it yet, but stability is not an issue for me. I'm more concerned about the mag size... But I'm running low on weapon parts. Is the one less shot going to get me a lot more litc procs? I almost would feel better about engaging multiple targets with an extra round available. Any input?

For PvE it's Fatebringer And for PvP an exotic one is well worth the exotic slot.

Fatebringer, Jewel of Osiris (solar/void), timur's Their are basically 3 hand cannon builds, fatebringer, word of crota, timur's, they can vary based on rolls but impact/fire rate is one of the 3 I believe
