Some people just don't deserve the flawless emblem!
I play destiny quiet a lot especially PvP. I don't know how many games I have ran into where I see all these players with flawless emblem but just can't hold their own weight? Agree? I feel like Trails is just a joke now but some people just don't deserve to be at the light house because they are getting carried every week. I feel like the stuff you get from the light house shouldn't be handed that easily. Yes i know "we just messed around" well ya but I check you gear you have Thorn/TLW with shotguns so their obv trying...

7 RepliesPeople have 'off' games. People like to relax outside of Trials. People can get outmatched. These are all reasons for someone to do badly even if they have the Flawless emblem. I've gone flawless plenty of times now (definitely doing more than just pulling my weight while doing it might I add) but I still also have plenty of bad Crucible games. This is like back in the day of Halo 3 when I saw peopke trashtalking rank 50's in Social playlists for doing vadly. Try to focus more on having fun instead of jydging people, eh?

Somebody's salty they can't go flawless.... By the way, when I did it nobody in my Fireteam used Thorn or The Last Word.

There is such a thing as off games. In addition, some don't play as well when not using their main.

Just keep doing you. At most, one of those items affects Bungie more than the people playing Trials. In the end, people will check your stats, not your emblem, and the best pvp players are usually the ones who play pvp for fun anyway. [spoiler]Because, lets face if, playing competitively against a team that's close in skill to yours can be lots of intense fun! And it is the potential ToO provides.[/spoiler]

If only I didn't play crucible for fun and was always using my best weapons and trying my ass off.... How would that be fun? I could run all day with jewel + ldr/found verdict and destroy crucible all day. But it's more fun to try other things. Like nlb and other exotics I rarely use. Let people enjoy the game. They don't always half to be trying...

I like it. It gives people bravery and balls. 2 lvl 34s thought they could carry a 25, TWENTY FIVE, just because they had like 3500 grim and flawless. I appreciate the free win.

Who the fu ck cares. 95% of the time I'm in regular crucible I'm messing around with different weapons and if I'm playing trials late in the week I'm gonna BS around cause I've already 3Xed mercury

Yeah it's true. My team 5-0'ed a team all with trials emblems and they were trash. All using thorn and shotguns too

1 ReplyAnd why exactly do you care if others have been to the lighthouse? Not everyone is good at PvP and I don't mind if people get carried to the lighthouse. Just play your game and enjoy your weapons without worrying what others do.

5 RepliesWell I deserve it because I went to the lighthouse the first week and my emblem space was full because of all the new emblems they gave us for completing the story but at the time I didn't know that there was a bug and so now I can't get flawless anymore

3 Repliesno problem, remove the losses, add matchmaking and have the people get PvE weapons at the end and the emblem would be valuable again.. well more than just between 10$ and 60$ for a carry on passage =) If bungie puts the best PvE weapons at the far end of a PvP event and the PvE weapons deliveed by the top level PvE activity suck HARD (like the poE weapons.. -.-) and get only handed out once every 10 tries.. well no wonder people search for new ways =9

Ahah. I played a match last night on clash. The opposing team all 6 had the flawless emblem. Sadly they lost and all in negative k.d. While my team full of randoms from matchmaking at the end switched our banner to flawless. Well actually just the top 3. It was Unplanned too. I actually manage to get a screen shot of it too.

1 ReplyIt's just a emblem, has nothing to do with being good. Some people may just be a beast in a elimination 3v3 setting but throw them in to control where it gets Chaotic, they get wrecked. Some people are decent at control and other modes but suck in a 3v3 setting.

1 ReplyI feel the same way I play games where I carry the 2 guys I'm playing with and not to be cocky but also take on the whole team 3v1 it's sad to see how many people have this emblem and sad to know that destiny didn't bring a competitive multiplayer gamemode but find the guy who will carry you and if not let's cheat by kicking people or lagswitching.
