Sooooo is the ghost just never going to talk again??
I mean the mofo did bring us back to life... He's kind of a big deal lol I can understand it being hard to get Dinklage back, but can't the ghost just like get an "upgrade" and get a new voice or something? Story wise he's been like awkwardly quiet through both expansions...
Edit: to those people who can't read or simply didn't read and keep saying " Dinklage is busy, would you come back to this game if you were Dinklage? He was only contracted for a year "

I'd love to have James Spader or Joe Pesci as Ghost, I guess with James Spader Ghost would sound too much like Ultron, but is hat really a bad thing? lol

2 RepliesThat would require Peter Dinklage to come back and record more stuff. After the overwhelmingly negative reception he got, I doubt Bungie would want to pursue that. That was, by the way, a really ridiculous complaint. I still don't quite understand why people think the Ghost's voice was so bad. It sounds perfectly fine to me.

1 ReplyHow about an aware side-kick that actually alerts you when being approached from behind... you know, "I've got your back" is what Dinglebot says: how about some simple auto-turret assists in the futuristic world of science-into-magic. How many centuries from now... Bad enough these future weapons lack modern HUD and we need to kneel to RNG for perks like that. Rethink the Halo gear, please.

3 RepliesThis. I can see there being a sidequest or something where the Ghost takes a hit (would have to happen during a cutscene) and then you have to go through whatever process to fix it, but when you're done it sounds different (and/or can equip different voices?)

They need more ghost shells, why would you give the ghost shell inventory mad space if your only gonna have 2 in the game. Got my hopes up when I first started playing, but I learnt quickly I'm gonna be staring at the same grey orb forever

7 RepliesGood god not Gilbert Gottfried. PLEASE NO, like seriously you take that back, i will burn this game to the ground. A new voice would be great. If the great Robin williams was stil laround id say record him saying What do you need guardian, and it will say it everytime you bring out the ghost but sadly thats not possible. Maybe the guy who does Jarvis and Vision in avengers. Cant remember his name and being very lazy atm. There would be a lot of great other people to add a new voice to our "Little Light", maybe even Chris Walken!

It would be nice to have the option to turn on or off ghost dialogue instead. So when you pull him out he will talk to you or just comment on what your doing when in missions or out on patrol. Just to give him some more life. Like if fallen are coming in on a drop ship have him say things like "oh great more to deal with today.." Or something cheesy etc etc. just so it's not awkward silence the whole time you run around
