Vex Mythoclast Nerfed
Go ahead try it in Iron Banner. It sucks, bad. I had more kills with my sniper on Rusted Lands than it. Now I have to resort to being a hypocrite, and using TLW.
It sucks cuz all of my favorite guns have been nerfed in pvp.
Pocket infinity... Nerfed
Suros... Nerfed
Shadow Price... Nerfed
Vex Mythoclast... Nerfed
Edit 1: for those who didn't read today's patch notes. They said something along the lines of a previous fusion rifle patch (nerf) not working. So they fixed the patch (nerf) and implemented it. Vex got hit by it. I've only used it in PvP so I can't say for pve. Sucks how a trophy gun from one of the hardest things in the game (before level increases) is downgraded
Edit 2: there are some people who claim its unchanged. Let me clear that up. The nerf affected the cone or spread of projectiles on fusion rifles. Yes, vex shoots only one shot but it's accuracy has been decreased. At close range it isn't affected too greatly. But the problem here is that TLW and matador own this range. There is no killing them when they have full health here. At longer ranges, even medium ranges, the accuracy nerf makes it really hard to land the all important headshots. The Vex isn't completely trashed, BUT it doesn't fair well against the competition, effectively making it useless. You are better off using one of the OPcanons or red death

1 ReplyI could tell it got nerfed before i read the patch because it didnt kill as fast and do as much damage. I also got outgunned by a suros. That doesn't usually happen but it did and i also hit all precision shots,

9 RepliesFR's were not meant for long ranges ever, they were only ever meant for short to medium. it was not meant to be a FR sniper like it was.

1 ReplyIt feels fine to me. If you are a lower level than the player you are trying to kill (in iron banner) you will do less damage

At mid range a few times I was pointed at the target and shot a whole clip without much damage being done. Could be lag or that I just suck but I seemed to do better after switching to red death. Still destroys slide shot gunners though, I have not once lost that battle head on.

4 RepliesNo, it's back. I got all 15 kills for the crucible fusion rifle bounty in one game last night. I do find it works better using the send it perk instead of extended mag though. When I had extended mag a few days ago I wasn't performing well with it. But with send it, it melts

5 RepliesThe patch made the cone of a fusion rifle shot wider (most fusion rifles fire about six bolts at once). But since the Vex fires one bolt at a time, the wider cones makes it much more inaccurate than before. For anybody who didn't know.
