Hate mail after matches
Nothing is more entertaining than receiving hate mail after a crucible match. Especially after shutting someone's streak down in the Trials.
My friend and I were going for our first flawless (we ended up getting it!) and we had someone who had already done it, helping us. With like 3 wins left, we came across a group of babies who ended up just sitting and dancing at spawn after the first couple rounds because we were owning them. Because the guy helping us had the emblem, they thought we had all done it. So we received messages like "take it easy!" and "uve done this already!" and my all time favorite "ASSHOLESS!!!!!"
It was very entertaining!
If you've gotten any hate mail following a crucible match, I'd love to hear it!

I just wanted to share another hate mail that I received a few weeks back.
I was doing basic crucible but I wasn't having my best round. I ended up with a kd of .73 (I know, it's embarrassing) and after the match I saw for a brief second yellow wording at the bottom of the screen for a reward but I didn't have time to see what it was or who got it. It ended up being my first Hawkmoon! A couple seconds later a message pops up saying these exact words: "usuk ass bitch"
I about died laughing!

I never send hate mail but I do send apologies. One time we started a clash match and FIVE PEOPLE LEFT on the other team. The one guy that was left stuck it out till the end, never gave up even as we proceeded to exterminate him hundreds of times in our cruel manhunt. So I message him, said I was sorry and friend requested him for being such a good sport and not quitting on the game. :)

About a week ago I played a rumble match, I'm not very good at Destiny but for some reason I really kicked butt that game. I got 26 kills 6 deaths. Anyways in the middle of the game I get a message from some guy decked out in Osiris gear from the "WE EAT BUTTS" clan. He said I was a "c***" and a "scrub". I went along with it agreed, he just got his arse kicked by a scrub. After that he kept throwing all these insults at me and kept saying that I didn't have "real skill". I really just couldn't take him seriously, he was in last place that game.

I make a point to congratulate people who fuc[i]k[/i] me up big time in crucible. Why be butt hurt that someone has taken the time to become skilled at something you haven't? Obviously not someone using nothing but thorn or felwinter's, but particularly if they're using an unusual weapon or vastly outperforming their team. Made a couple of friends this way, actually.

Yesterday I went 15-2 with my NLB on Shores of Time and one guy continually tried sniping me all game and couldn't. Afterwards he sent me a message saying. "-blam!- you and -blam!- your no land beyond."

Only time I'll send hate mail is if it's blatantly obvious a team is lag switching or cheating somehow. Luckily it's only been 2 teams, but I can't stand that BS. Fuggin cheaters. We still beat em....but it's garbage and doesn't matter.

Some guy got mad because during round 4 and 5 of 28 Poe he wanted to just sit in a corner and not move. So when it came time to go to the treasure room me and the other guy jumped down waited about 10 sec then just opened the chest and let the game end. Sent me a message calling me a "fag" because I couldn't wait.

Me and my friends were rekting this team with red deaths then they said Stop cheating So we switched to thorns and still rekted them They said ASSHOLES STOP CHEATING so we all switched to maxed out hawkmoons And the hate mail was real :D

Someone called me a little b**** after I completely owned him in crucible lol. I was just like whatever. I get lots of hate mail and it gets On my nerves sometimes but It doesn't help/prove/mean anything by calling me names.

Went into control with a full fireteam, because playing with friends is always better. Now, one of my friends is famous in the clan for is poor internet connection, but back to the story. We do decently the first couple matches, barely scrapping out a win, having a close loss, and then we absolutely destroy a team, like 20000 to 12000 and we get a group message from one saying, "Nice lagswitch, pub stacking -blam!-" Of course none of us no what this means, so one of me spouts, "oh no, how did they discover our secret identities as bar-towering homosexuals?" I about died laughing

9 RepliesSometimes I send a snide message if I catch people using final round spears, just because they get me salty but otherwise I never bother. Privacy settings stop anyone messaging me, bet that has annoyed quite a few people.

I got some random squeaker send me a MSG saying that my friend and I didn't deserve the 9/0 flawless emblem. Because I had a shit game in control! Kept going on saying how we were carried through and that he would destroy us in ToO.
