Just wondering why people do not favor hunters in the entirety of the game. Especially for raids and DLC events.

2 RepliesHunters are just getting too much hate especially from the warlocks. Period. Hunter is a great class for PoE, and to be honest we really dont need warlocks in PoE.
-
Hunters r so much better for most scenarios. Valus trau ug for example. U just run back and forth between two camping spots and invisibility works really well when traveling between those spots.
-
Titan bubble is amazing. Self Res is awesome. Invisibility is brilliant. All are lifesavers.
-
I love them, they can defuse mines with invisibility while others focus on enemies.

Just did the 35 boss with 3 hunters lol,and one was lvl 33

They don't care for them BC they don't have a team buff. Like the defender n sunsinger does. Also bladedancer doesn't make a lot of orbs. But the hunter does bring a good bit to the team. When the team is pin down a hunter can sneak by enemies n draw the fire to him to help out teammates. They can also revive a teammate no matter how many enemies are in the way. Let's say you're on the nightfall and its arc burn n you know 3 wizards are somewhere but you don't want to get a whip just looking for them...send a master scout....the hunter to let you know his many n where the enemy is. Don't want an enemy to regen his shield but lightswitch is on. Good thing hunters have a long range melee that burns the enemy. Truthfully everyone has ups n downs. I find a team of hunters work well together.

4 RepliesThey suck and are shit for the the level 34 boss fight.
-
Seems like warlocks are the least useful for this event
-
Considering me and a friend two manned lvl 34 as lvl 33 blade dancers all i have to say is -blam!- em.
-
I would gladly have a hunter in my team.
-
Overall the Warlock seems to be winning this debate as the least favored.
-
I saved my teammates asses as a hunter, they have glide and lift and get shot down in 2 seconds, i have invisibility, helps with mines
-
Edited by The GR8 Autismo: 5/21/2015 11:16:20 PMThat's stupid considering as a hunter I was able to ghost and revive my teammates on multiple occasions. Preventing a wipe without having our sun singer self res.
-
Hunters are brilliant for defusing mines. Just go invisible and if you blade dance with the vanish parks it makes defusing mines extremely easy on the harder difficulties
-
6 RepliesThey all serve a purpose and I think its balanced. Good things in PoE (very short) Hunter Invisibility (revive, survive). Very useful. Can save a game. Warlock Self rez, orb maker. In case all fails warlock can save game. Titan Bubble, orb maker. Tactical bubble placements, very usefull defensive skills and if needed offensive (weapons of light) + Saint-14 helm! My opinion is Titan>Hunter>Warlock Still play warlock as my "main"

Cloaking is nice. If your other teammates are retarded, you can use it to revive them. But if I get one more bladedancer who tries to super the bosses and gets smashed in the face and dies, I'm hacking the game and banning them from the internet.
-
they don't. their invisibility is golden in round 4 of lv34
-
Because you have to rezz the daffy bastards on the way to the treasure chest

2 RepliesEdited by Anfy: 5/21/2015 11:04:09 PMJust got done killing skolas with two other hunters. We are an independent people we make other people succeed should they accept us to their fireteam. The elite hunters dont need bubbles. Peep my ship and shader if you need confirmation.

Hunters are one of the more crucial classes for POE the troll posts should stop.

21 RepliesEdited by PhantomMirage115: 5/21/2015 10:42:23 PMHunters invis does not work in PoE (The room with the Fallen) so no one uses them
-
Idk how many clutch moments I had as a hunter in 34 PoE.
-
Hunters are clutch in POE
-
there are no bad classes, only bad players
-
The perfect team I've learned from this is 2 Titans and a Hunter or even two hunters and a Titan. No warlocks needed
