Remove Revives from Nightfall
We can all agree that Nightfalls are a joke. It's going to be one of the major ways to earn the materials for upgrading legendaries when HoW is released. Let's change it while we can.
Being able to revive someone in essentially the "hard heroic" is ridiculous. If you die in the nightfall you should be down and out. In my last nightfall I had to revive around 7 times. There's no real danger of "getting sent to orbit" especially when hunters can just stroll down without a care and revive everyone using invisibility.
I'll give two options.
1: make it so that revives are disabled. (Hard raid) and you can't join when a nightfall is already in progress.
2: have a community "shared deaths"
If your fireteam dies 3-5 times you get sent to orbit
LETS GET THIS DONE!

Terrible idea... I agree you shouldn't be reckless and hurt the team by trying to quickly get as many kills as possible... But not everyone one wants to sit back and play ULTRA safe and take 4 years to do a strike

But this already exists...I don't get revives as either Titan or Hunter solo'ing a nightfall...I get sent to orbit.

While many disagree with this guy, I can see where he's going If anything though, nightfall should stay as is, and this could be a different Playlist all together, or even a modifier to multiply rewards.

Have you considered it is not challenging enough for you because you are a higher level than the content. I'm sure a level 28 struggles enough to do the nightfall without any further handicap You could always use a gun without elemental damage if you want a challenge. It also further enhances the warlocks usefulness and makes other classes weaker comparatively Bad/selfish suggestion imo.

I see where you're going with this. No revives would make the Nightfall more like the hard raid. However, a wipe in a raid doesn't send your entire fireteam to orbit and make you restart the raid. The problem isn't in how easy the nightfalls are, it's how you can cheese them all that makes them easy. Try running the Nightfall legit, like you do ROC strikes. And let me know how easy it is.

You can always just go to orbit and start over every time you die. It's an easy solution to get what you want.

This idea overall isn't a great one because if there's no revives in the nightfall then what's the point of having the other two classes there if you can sneak with hunters [spoiler]moral of it is that everyone that will be doing nightfall might as well roll with a hunter if there's no revives [/spoiler]
