Warlocks. What are you good for?
Everybody says that hunters are useless in pve but what about warlocks? Most warlocks run with sunsinger so they save their super for when they die. Yes they make more orbs than hunters, yes they can self res, but that's it. Also sunsingers are cheese central. ALL cheeses can be done by sunsingers and only a few by titans.
Now voidwalkers, props to you guys for not using the crutch that is self res. And nova bomb is amazing. But then again, what uses do they have in pve? They don't benefit the team like a sunsinger or defender do. Not to mention the warlock jump is horrible.
So persuade me to make a warlock :) and you guys can't bash hunters because that's my main and it won't change my opinion on them.

Edit: Thank you everyone for pointing out my mistakes. I did make a warlock before and I didn't like it. And yes, my post is extremely subjective and ignorant. Believe what you want but it was the best way to get responses in this forum. I have noticed that mostly negative posts get responses and it worked. Many of you gave me mixed reviews on how to run the warlock so I'll take them all to account. And the negative comments helped bump my post for more to see so thank you also.
Also, I was thinking of song of flame when I wrote about sunsingers benefitting the team but I didn't say anything about it leaving most of you confused. I apologise.

Most idiots just think that every warlock uses fireborn but i only use it when i solo nightfalls or the raid. You shouldn't have made this post without actually owning a warlock so you have no first had experience. If u did you would know how usefull they really are.

It's not like anyone is going to secretly loathe you for doing something you personally don't like, and if it does bother you, ask yourself- "would I care about myself right now?" The answer is no. It's a trivial and menial thing to think about, just stfu and play your game.

Yeah don't know why you would use sunsinger anywhere besides a raid or a nightfall. I don't even have my sunsinger fully upgraded. Now voidwalker is great. Like most posts have said obsidian mind and bad juju are a good combo.

Warlocks r pretty good in pvp with blink and and nova bomb. Nova can take down those anmoying bubbles on the control point and with obsidian mind, if u get lucky u can almost get all of ur super back.

Yesterday with my nova split super and 100% intellect set up I played a vault run and just kept wiping the floor with enemies. Support you ask? I got complaints from my team that I'd made too many orbs. 4-9 orbs every time and they couldn't even see ammo through the orbs. Make a warlock bro, throw on the exploding effect for abilities and the axion bolts/ scatter nova bomb. For pvp use voidfang with vortex For PVE use the clutch helm (light beyond nemesis- faster revives for teammates and spawn more obs) and split nova You get blink if you want it too...

First of all the warlock jump is perfectly good if you know how to use it and second of all the nova bomb is great for wiping out huge areas of enemies. Also their high recovery when paired with defense (or agility, depends on preference) is great for tricky situations. Now about that sun singer. I only use self rez if I'm doing a nightfall or a cheese (let the hate roll in) but if you don't cheese someone else in your fire team will so what's the point. Also radiance is great also for waves of enemies (seriously who doesn't like infinite grenades and one shot punches) Also self Rez gets rid of having to wait to be revived which means more play time and you respawn in with your super still running. So if your not convinced yet I'll say one more thing. People always complain about being to slow or to weak ( A.K.A Titans and hunters) so warlocks are neutral in that standard because you can adjust them to your preference That's why you should make a warlock -sincerely someone who has both sub-classes maxed and uses both :)
