Too many Thorns.

Fusion rifles? bch plz I have Felwinter's Lie/Secret Handshake/Found Verdict.
Corrective Measure? Better hope that guy with Against All Odds/Jolder's Hammer has bad aim.

I used time on target(vendor version) the whole time just to mess around, ended up creating a small genocide with that thing.

5 RepliesI don't know how, but I'm being killed with one shot from Efrideet's Spear ad the LDR. Yes, the guy could have amazing accuracy, but my suspicions increase when multiple players do it from close range and way to fast.

Lag. Over half the games are red/yellow bar bitches that are hard to kill with my playstyle. Oh and they -blam!-ed fusion up now that shotguns seem to shoot at midrange.

I'm genuinely surprised when I see a guy shooting at me with a fusion rifle now. It's like "Oh yeah, those are still in the game." They may have to buff them now before they become extinct.

I reached level 5 with my Warlock, bought both emblems, both shaders, both armour pieces, the bond, and the Jolder's Hammer. Drop-wise I got a Felwinter's Lie and two ships. And I maxed out both my Thorn and Bad Juju. A pretty good IB for me this time.

Pretty much sums my experience up...but to be one shot by Thorn?! Come on...I will admit I was one of the Red Death users only to combat the Thorn's.

I played almost every day and the difference in players skill was amazing. Struggled so much on thursday, however the weekend and Monday was pretty easy. Red death and thorn were what I usually found but at least it's reduced the number of shotguns slightly.

I went in with my mida. Put it to good use and got all my characters the armor and class items. Sad thing is... I can't go back to other scout rifles now.

This one was pretty good for me. I received drops for Felwinter and Gheleon. Also bought the chest and the hammer. Had enough motes to reroll all 3 until I was satisfied (for now).

Yea pretty much. Shotgun GALORE and thorn G.A.L.O.R.E FOR DAYS NERF HANDCANNONS I keep getting outsniped by them. Thorn = two shots run away they die lol pathetic

I agree that lag was particularly annoying in this IB, but overall I really enjoyed it for almost the same reasons you gave for it being bad… Xur sold Red Death, which meant that a good counter measure was to use the Thorn. Last IB it was considered dishonourable to use it but this time all the RDs made it a sensible choice. People stopped using RD towards the end of the week, so I put the thorn way and brought out my modified Timur’s Lash which I’d previously written off as too slow. Once I got used to it I found out that it was a beast, turned out the Thorn was a crutch. I noticed the most diverse mix of weapons this time around, fewer Suros etc, but I also saw pule rifles, a variety of autos and hand cannons plus pocket infinity. Looks like the recent balancing had an effect. Joining a losing match and turning it around makes you feel great! Also, joining against a premade 5 man team who think they are in for an easy ride and beating them is even better!

I don't know if it was the same for anyone else, but the thorn was good one day but horrible the next. The mythoclast was completely useless, but hardlight was surprisingly useful. Also, I did better at times with lower level armor and when using rare weapons awarded after matches.

I play Dstiny since the launch, but never cared much about PVP. This was my first IB, and now I regret I didn't play along the other times. It was so much better than what raids have become lately.
