How many games did it take you to get the 500 points for the thorn bounty?
I assume not many people keep track of this stat but I figure if you averaged 10 void kills a game with no deaths it would take 10 games. I estimate the average player to have a k/d around 1:1 and that puts you in the 17 game range. Where do you stand?
Edit: I'm referring to the crucible portion. 1 kill = 5 points and 1 death = -2 points.
If you claim to have done this in 3 games then you must have gone 33 and 0 three times in a row. If you are that good we should all be able to see it in your stats.
Edit: It sounds like assists count for some people and they don't for others. If you comment a number of games it would be helpful if you comment whether assists counted or not.

2 RepliesI was worried how long it would take cause I dont play PVP a lot but after a couple warm up games i started getting on a roll. Being a hunter for it doesnt make it easy thats for sure. I never really used a sniper in pvp in any game I ever played until I tried the PR sniper and Im actually a decent shot lol

Assists counted for me. Camped the heavy ammo spawns with atheons epilogue, praedyths revenge and corrective measure. Just picked people off as they came to me. Sounds boring but came top of the team a fair amount. It's been a while ago though so they may have changed whether assists count, but they did when I did it.

My void Secret Handshake with full auto and 6 rounds got it done for me. Tight maps on Control. Xyor was a b!tch. Needed 3 players. Defender Titan was key.

I've done the bounty 3 times now and have gotten progressively faster at it. The first time around took some sporadic playing over the course of any a week and a half. The second time I did it in an evening, I would guess 15 games or so. This last time I completed it in 3 games, getting more than half of it done in what was one of my more impressive matches...

I'm terrible at Crucible and I finished in 1 week, 25+ games, you just need a Kill Ratio higher than 0.40. I used Atheon's Epilogue, PLUG ONE.1, and Corrective Measure.

Took me 5 games for my last thorn bounty because I was particularly beastly in rumble that day. My first thorn bounty took me a little more, like maybe 7-10 games or so?

Took me forever-and that was using a voidwalker and Aetheon's Epilogue. I also never played Crucible before and the start was the longest portion. Needed to find weapons and tactics that worked for me. Sidewinder w/autofire and hammer forged together with Claws of Ankhara are what finally pulled me through.
