Why don't people raid?
If you're not raiding, explain why not and what are you doing in Destiny. There's not much to do in the game including raids as it is. I'm just curious.
Edit: Seems most don't have a group or found people patient enough to help them through the raids. It's good to see people lending a hand. I just took someone new from this thread through crota last night. He got some good drops and is looking forward to raid some more of. We are gonna do vog as well. probably the usual, dont have friends or time for it. all my friends play on diff systems (im old with my 360) and i dont have the time during the week to devote to it. they only real time i have is/are sundays. also there seems to be a lot of people only wanting to cheese everything and id rather not have my first raid run thro be cheap and exploiting the game.

I have nothing to gain from hard on crota anymore got everything. Guessing a good bit of others are the same now. I only jump into raids if my clan needs me. Try finding a clan.

However, the lack of an in game lfg (matchmaking wouldn't work) makes having the time to raid very difficult for a full time employed married father. And having to waste time getting a team together can be incredibly frustrating.

It's easy and time consuming. Got 32 on one character and I just hate doing the raid if there is nothing to gain from completing it. If it was a challenge that would be one thing, basically it is just killing AI then hoping your team isn't incompetent for the bosses. With crucible, you always can encounter opponents better than you which provides a constant level to strive for.

Honestly? If you had asked me a month ago, I would have said I raid all the time. Now my cohesive unit is off playing other things, I myself have unexpectedly gotten into advanced warfare, something I really did not expect. Playing dbz xenoverse, has also been a lot of fun. I guess what I am saying is... this is the first tuesday where I came home, and didnt jump on my xbox immediately. The game has gotten boring, I have plenty of people to play with, but I have nothing I want. Ive run random strikes and enjoyed my gear and that was fun. Now... I guess im just waiting for house of wolves.
