Ban Exotics From Crucible
And to compensate, give them massive reworkings and buffs in PvE, this is how the balance in the Crucible will happen, taking exotics out of Crucible takes all the unbalance problems away

Got better chance on finding a magic lamp to make that wish cause exotic are going to still exist in crucible.

I use to think people who use exotic primaries in PvP were disrespectful and I wouldnt bring exotics in the crucible because it was too unbalanced. Then I realized certain exotics specifically geared toward PvP, Last Word for example. Also PvP is pretty much broken balance wise just by design so -blam!- it shoot em if you got em

Not that I'm saying your idea is a bad one, by the way. I just wanted to propose a change instead of a wipe from the board altogether. I'd like the content to stay, just tweaked a bit. It's true a blue shotgun is just as good as any exotic in the right hands, but it's also true that exotics are much more awesome and people would rather use them. Plus, they seem like the end game weapons besides raid weapons, and even those need some help in the balance department.

How about a playlist with preset load-outs than contain exotics that everyone may not have? This would allow every player to use weapons they may not have and represent a goal to achieve them through RNG in pve play. Basically, all exotics would be available in PvP, even if you don't already own it. Similar to Gun Game in COD but your weapons wouldn't cycle like they do in that playlist, and all weapons are equally leveled (or maybe unleveled so you have something to work towards?) This way everyone can run around with thorn or whichever weapon they think is best for their play style, (not saying thorn is best at all,) and not feel like the RNG system is holding them back from any decent weapons or just the ones that suit their desired play style. Just [u]one[/u] game type, not all or more than one. I, for one, would like to just see everyone running around with their favorite guns so that this game stays fun and isn't about how many hours you've put in or how lucky you are. Shotty/snipes with everyone using the same guns? Perfect. The game is back to being about strategy and less about who had the tiniest bit of extra range/rof/impact. Call it a halo or cod copycat, but when something works and is fun, what's there to change?

Lol. There should be a game mode with no exotics and no Supers and no heavy and limited special. Just pure gunplay, I agree, but in the vanilla crucible people should be allowed to use their gear. Otherwise everyone will just roll with 3 little words and go full hamster.

Bungie should just let exotics out class legendaries. Just because it is PvP doesn't mean Red death should be equally as good as the strangers rifle. Common, uncommon, rare, legendary, and exotics should not be equally thats like saying 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 all equal 1.
