Are us pve'ers ever going to get another option to get #thorn
I absolutely despise pvp but want thorn......I can never get my point total above 30. is there ever going to be another option to get thorn?

Edited by SweetZombieJesus: 2/28/2015 1:26:27 PMNope. It's tough if you don't play PvP regularly. All I can say is play control only. Always stick with your team. Stay alive. Camp with a void fusion, shotgun, sniper, whatever. If your team sucks, leave and join another game. Always stay with two or more people and get the hell out of the area if everyone dies around you and regroup with respawned teammates. Play like a coward. You'll be fine.

Not to be "that guy" but you just have to get better. I used to be awful at PvP but I just played smarter and I got it done. Thorn is one of a few guns that is literally EARNED. You'll feel great about it, and it's so worth it. Thorn master race

It's tough but it also teaches you how to get better at crucible. Yeah it's annoying but it's not impossible

I suck at PvP. I'm currently at 307/500 on this bounty. I'm playing control, sticking in groups and using just a Void Fusion, Void Machine Gun and my Voidwalker class. Going to finish it off during next Iron Banner whilst working towards getting some of the IB weapons and gear :)

Did it on my hunter with void fusion rifle and heavy machine gun. Just took a while but worth it.

I'm not a fan of PvP, but Crouch + Void Shotgun got me through the bounty.

Not a big fan of pvp either but i finally bit the bullet and decided to do the Thorn bounty yesterday, it only took me about 10 games of control running with Atheons Epilogue, a void fusion and a void heavy machine gun on a voidwalker warlock.

11 RepliesI doubt they'd change it. I despise PVP, too. I sucked it up and went in with all void dmg weapons. Mainly used void fusion, before they got nerfed and it took about 12 games. With thorn, you truly do earn that weapon. And it's well worth the feeling of achievement. Keep at it, Guardian.
