Perks: Pinpoint quick draw: The first shot of every new magazine is a 50% chance of a head shot, if fired from the hip. Sleight of hand: Fire off all rounds and reload in under 3 seconds. Slugger: Peirce through any shield and do health damage (cabal, fallen, hive and Vex)

They do double damage and take half as much for 10 seconds.
