I got mine in a roll on Winters Run 2nd week. But it's stupid to think one way is better than another. If you bought the game you deserve it no matter how you receive it. These earn/ Xur concepts are retarded.

I played with him the other day and he went 200-1. The one death came at the end of the match when he laughed among a pile of Guardian corpses and self destructed from his own awesomeness. If you have an understanding of RNG, then you won't be angry. In addition, that is not a reward from doing well, it is a random bonus for participating.
