Q2 is too long of a wait.
Seriously, it's a small expansion with the areas already on disc. No one will be playing this by the end of March.

30 RepliesWe have a saying in the software industry... You can have it "right" or you can have it "right now". I'd rather wait and see them work to get it right, than push it out the door just so people do not have to actually blow the dust off of their eject buttons.

3 RepliesThe date is supposed to be may 19. However, imagine that many more thousands will forget about this game by then. Especially because of many "great" games that are suppose to come out. I use "great" because destiny showed me not to get excited about big games anymore.

Consider it an ample opportunity to play something else for a couple of months. Then when that game has grown stale and you come back Destiny will be fresh again. I'm honestly not concerned about the postponed release date. I already have another game in the wings that I've been wanting to find more time to play and basically this delay is making that problem a much easier one to solve. I'm not upset with Bungie over it. If anything they did me a favor.

I don't mind the wait being as expansions take time. They just need small content releases between then.

Bored with this game, bored with this forum..... Won't be coming back, did have fun with the game though thanks bungie, lost my interest though with all the repetitiveness that is destiny

5 RepliesThe big drop off will be after HoW. Lots of us bought the limited edition with the first two DLCs included, some followed suit and picked up the first two DLCs to play with friends. May to September is way too long for such a small amount of content to keep us busy. Most of us will move on to other games or be looking forward to other big releases instead of dropping more money on content that was stripped out of the game before release.

Exactly, the bugs in Hard Crota will lead to serious burnout for the raiders, the weapon nerf will be a blow to PvE, and what's left of the Crucible community? Just my opinion. My group is moving on as whole and leaving this broken mess behind.
