trying to understand this, so because you have not been blessed by RNG with the Horn, Bungie should nerf it? I don;t know where to begin with this, if that is the case every exotic needs to be nerfed, because I am sure there is someone who has not received it as a drop or been able to buy from Xur. Secondly your enjoyment of the game is based upon your desire to have this specific item drop for you.
