Those of you sending death threats to Datto please stop.

i feel that most, if not all, of the "Destiny news" people- moreconsole, datto, hellevn planet destiny- have become less about news and more about a "tmartin" approach". they provide an atmosphere where people who really care about doing good have a place to but heads, both in game and online and this is EXACTLY the same backlash tmartin faced back in Blops days. "everyone wins" and "endgame content for the elite" are both in this video, paraphased OFC. i hope he continues to make videos, people continue to make non-lethal threats, and everyone continues to cry.

Are you this Datto? Either way, why is this posted here? If these are legitimate threats he/you/whatever needs to contact the proper authorities. If its just vague threats from the internet, then why care? Its just idiots being idiots. Ignore them.

I am, however, wondering what your affiliation with Datto is, as why else would you post this here instead of on Youtube, where the people doing the threatening would more likely see it?

If he's good at what he does and gets death threats, it just means he is doing his job well and there are a large amount of knobheads who are jealous! As someone said below, if he's upset by death threats, he probably shouldn't be in the spotlight.

Should probably not be on the internet. A very probable and literal sense that it is 99% bull and not going to happen. To me that seeks more attention and knee jerk reactions from people.

6 RepliesPeople who cheese are morons and idiots. He apologized for his words, but I won't. If you create and only join groups that are cheesing only groups you are the morons and idiots I'm talking about. I have no issue if you're someone that has a solid raid group who is perfectly capable of clearing the raid without a single cheese, but decide to cheese parts of the raid to speed things up then I see no problem with that. I clear the raid 3-4 times a week with a total of 16 completions. The last few weeks my raid group has been cheesing the bridge encounter to speed up this incredibly slow fight. The thing is though that we were in the top 20 to clear CE and started raiding at reset that night and didn't stop until Crota was dead. We clear the raid three times in an hour and thirty minutes without cheesing. We don't rely on cheesing to get us gear, if all the cheeses were taken away suddenly we wouldn't have an issue. It's the scrubs that create cheese only groups on destinglfg or defend cheesing tactics as legitimate strategies. These are the morons and idiots. We saw this happen in VoG with Atheon. People that wouldn't have killed him legitimately until months after its release were getting the best weapon in the game at the time. These people were relying on cheesing to get them gear. To these people, I call you idiot and moron
